The Daytime UWF Circle will meet from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. in the Activity Room at the Pioneer Sr. Community Center – 1000 Gartrell Blvd.  Bring a brown bag lunch or your lunch from the Pioneer Center meal.  We have entered the 4th quarter of the year focusing our faith journey on Water as Hospitality.  Our program will emphasize “How Do You Live in Community With Your Sisters.”  We will pass out World Thank Offering boxes.  We will vote on selection of individuals to receive “Gift in Mission” and “Special Mission Recognition” during Laity Sunday in November.  We nominate individuals for Officers position & hold elections in Nov.

Thank You

We can now report on the monies raised from the Live Bowling for Missions plus the Phantom Bowling or Phantom Walking donations for the 2025 UWF fund-raising event for this year.  We can report income of $1,472.50 and expenses of $290, for the 29 people who bowled, giving a net profit of $1,182.50.  Thank you to all our supporters, both monetary and in person bowlers and fans the night of the event.

New Secretary Needed for Weatherford UWF

Faye Henson is requesting to step down as Secretary for Weatherford UWF at the end of the year.  We will be electing new officers in November, and we will need a person who can help with minutes for the Daytime Circle.  If you can attend and take minutes, please let Madella Shelton or Faye Henson know so they can share that with the Nominating Committee.
