Every child has the potential to learn and should be given every opportunity to do so. A child’s learning experience should be enjoyable. We believe it is our responsibility to offer a comfortable environment filled with enthusiasm and creativity, which fosters a positive learning attitude for each child. We believe the teacher should be a positive role model of good character with moral and Christian values to influence and inspire a child to be a successful student and a productive citizen.

The Learning Tree is a Christian-based preschool that serves and teaches 2, 3 and 4 year old children.

Our mission reflects that of the United Methodist Church – open hearts, open minds, and open doors. We provide a much-needed outreach in the Weatherford, OK community for families of all socio-economic groups. It is our belief that all families have easy access to high-quality, Christian-based preschool. We ensure the continuance of effective stewardship in the use of the church’s building and equipment in consonance with the church’s mission statement and increase the opportunity to nurture young children in our own congregation.
